    Sprinkler Guarantee

    If a sprinkler head is accidentally damaged during aeration, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. To schedule the repair, please notify our office within 30 days of your service.

    We do not cover damage to punctured water lines, as they should be installed deep enough to avoid interference with aeration equipment. To help us prevent issues, we ask that all sprinkler heads be clearly marked by the homeowner prior to service.

    Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

    We understand that from time to time appointments need be rescheduled or cancelled and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our policy requires that any rescheduling or cancellations be received by our office no later than 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled date of service in order to avoid a $25.00 trip fee. This enables us to adjust our schedule and avoid making any unnecessary stops. If we complete the requested work prior to your rescheduling or cancellation, payment in full is required.
